This sampler is all hand embroidered on muslin fabric. Then I very carefully coffee and cinnamon stained the material then baked it until it was just right. The frame was made from pine and stained in a very dark color then sanded to let the wood grain show through. A picture hanger was added on the back. It looks very old like it could have been my grandmothers. It measures approx.  15 ¼” H x 9 ¾”W
